Guests at BodyHoliday Saint Lucia can train with the island’s gold medalist Julien Alfred during a Well-Fit week in October.
Julien set a new national record for the 100 metres spring at the 2024 Summer Olympics and won the first-ever Olympic medal for Saint Lucia.
The Well-Fit week will take place between 6-11 October 2025.
