Not Just Travel will host its biggest-ever Platinum Conference, for its top-selling agents, on Norwegian Getaway in the Caribbean.
Taking place between 19-24 November, more than 300 agents are expected to attend the conference, sailing from Miami for five nights.
The cruise will call at three Bahamian ports: Nassau, Bimini, and NCL’s private island, Great Stirrup Cay.
Not Just Travel Co-Founder Steve Witt said: “Three years ago, we hosted our first ever Seminar at Sea on the NCL Prima for 120 consultants. That marked the beginning of our innovative new cruise initiative.
“Since then we have seen our cruise sales triple. Our Platinum event is a platform for our top-performing consultants to help set the agenda as we will launch a whole new raft of initiatives for 2026.”
The agenda includes workshops, one-on-one mentoring, mindset coaching, networking and panel sessions led by Not Just Travel’s top-performing agents and team of experts.
Before departing, NJT consultants can visit up to five other ships in Miami with NCL and sister cruise lines Oceania and Regent Seven Seas.
Norwegian Cruise Line Vice President & Head of UK & Ireland Gary Anslow said: “Hosting over 300 high-performing consultants aboard Norwegian’s Getaway represents a significant investment in future sales.
“When consultants experience the NCL product firsthand, as well as our More at Sea package, conversion rates rise. Our partnership with Not Just Travel consistently delivers ROI through these experiential sailings – their consultants become our most effective advocates, translating personal experience into customer confidence and increased sales.”
NCL said almost 200 agents have registered for the ‘heavily subsidised’ conference so far.
