The Guatemala Tourism Institute (INGUAT) is offering one lucky agent and a guest the chance to win a six-night trip to Guatemala in 2027 by completing the Guatemala Insider training platform and submitting an application below.

Guatemala is a captivating destination known for its rich cultural heritage, stunning natural landscapes and vibrant traditions.

Offering an alluring mix of awe-inspiring Maya temples, including Tikal, and the colonial charm of cities such as Antigua Guatemala. The country’s diverse landscapes range from lush rainforests and majestic volcanoes to serene lakes, including the world-renowned Lake Atitlán. Adventurous travellers can also hike Acatenango Volcano, where they can witness the spectacular eruptions of neighbouring Volcán de Fuego from the summit.

Whether travellers are drawn by history, nature or cultural experiences, Guatemala promises to be a rewarding destination for your clients.

Launched earlier this year, Guatemala Insider is a dedicated online training programme designed to help you confidently sell this remarkable destination to your clients. Build your knowledge, test your skills and uncover valuable insights to help you create unforgettable itineraries.

For a chance to win this amazing prize, all you need to do is complete the online training platform and enter your details into the form below by midnight on 31st August 2026. We’re looking for travel agents with a keen interest in Central or Latin America and who have a desire to learn more about the destination and help share its story. The prize will be awarded based on the strength of your application.

Applicants must complete both the application form and the Guatemala Insider training platform before midnight on 31 August 2026 to be eligible.
One winner will be selected based on the quality of the responses provided in the application form.
The prize includes a six-night trip to Guatemala for two people, including international and domestic flights, accommodation, transfers and activities.
The winner must claim the prize at least two months prior and must travel in 2027
Final itinerary, accommodation and activities are subject to INGUAT availability.
