The Vertical Group, whose brands include Instant Holidays and Instant Breaks as well as the homeworking groups Your Holiday Booking and Holiday Elite has joined Advantage.
It has become the newest member of Advantage Managed Services (AMS), having previously operated as part of Midcounties Co-op.
Advantage said Vertical has a combined turnover of £110 million, making it a ‘significant and sizable player in the UK travel sector’.
