WTM London insists agents ‘remain at the heart of the event’

WTM has said agents remain at the heart of this year’s London exhibition, with the event working with partners including Travel Gossip to offer them exclusive content.

The WTM programme includes sessions on package holidays, luxury, family travel, wellness, younger holidaymakers, adventure, special interest holidays and sustainability.

Other speakers include actor and broadcaster Sir Michael Palin and stand-up comedian and travel documentary maker Phil Wang.

Event Director Chris Carter‑Chapman added: “WTM London 2025 set many records, and we are on track for further success and growth in 2026.

“Travel agents have been at the heart of our community and growth story throughout our 46-year history. The partnerships we have formed this year will ensure that this very much remains the case.”

Travel Gossip has given away 100 entry passes to agents so they can access WTM for free.

On the second day of the exhibition, 4 November, Travel Gossip CEO Bruce Martin will moderate a panel debate to help agents sell more cruise holidays.

The session will take place on The Future Stage from 10.10 am to 10.50 am with speakers from Princess Cruises, Crystal, HX Expeditions and Cruise Saudi.

The panel will explore the latest innovations in cruising and how agents can use them to convert holiday enquiries into bookings.

Bruce said: “Cruise is a real opportunity for agents, but only if they feel confident starting the conversation.

“We’ve brought four cruise lines together to share what’s new at sea and, more importantly, how to turn a holiday enquiry into a booking. Agents will leave with practical ideas they can use on their very next call.”

Limited free WTM passes for agents are available here
