Wizz Air will launch the first flights between London Gatwick and Medina in Saudi Arabia on 1 August.
It is also launch a new route from Gatwick to Warsaw in Poland on 2 August.
The new services will follow the launch of Wizz Air’s first flights between London and Jeddah in Saudi Arabia on 31 March.
Flights to Jeddah will be the first operated by the airline’s new longer-range A321XLR, which will also be used on flights to Medina.
Wizz will be the only airline operating between Gatwick and Medina, one of Islam’s most sacred cities.
Fares to Medina cost from £233 while fares on the new flight to Warsaw start at £35.99.
