Wizz Air has announced a new route from London Gatwick Airport to Chisinau, Moldova.
The route will operate four times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, complementing the airline’s existing flights to the country’s capital, which fly from London Luton Airport.
Launching on 25 October 2026, the route will operate year-round and is part of Wizz Air growing its network across the UK, with it recently operating 1,200 flights in a single day.
Wizz Air UK Managing Director Yvonne Moynihan said: “We’re delighted to give our UK customers another opportunity to discover Chisinau with the launch of our new service from London Gatwick.”
She described Moldova as ‘one of Europe’s emerging destinations’.
