Wizz Air is set to launch a new route from London Gatwick to the Egyptian Red Sea destination of Hurghada in January.
The new flight will operate weekly on Mondays from 11 January 2027, with prices starting from £91.99.
Hurghada will become Wizz Air’s second Egyptian destination from Gatwick, joining Sharm El Sheikh.
The route adds to Wizz Air’s existing London Luton services to Hurghada, Sharm El Sheikh and Cairo.
Wizz Air is positioning Hurghada as an affordable winter sun option, with access to Red Sea coral reefs, the city’s and old town, and the surrounding desert.
