Panache Cruises has appointed Wendi Hardy to the newly created role of Events and Customer Loyalty Manager.
Wendi joins from Scenic and Emerald Cruises, where she has been National Key Account Manager for the last four years.
She will be responsible for Panache Cruises’ top-tier customers, delivering a personalised, concierge-style experience designed to deepen relationships and encourage long-term loyalty.
Initiatives will include in-person and virtual events, such as Panache Cruises’ exclusive hosted Founders Cruises, and will develop and manage Panache Cruises’ loyalty programme and VIP experiences.
Chief Commercial Officer Anna Perrott said: “Wendi’s passion for customer experience, attention to detail and understanding of luxury cruising makes her a fantastic addition to the team. Her role will be instrumental in strengthening relationships with our customers and cruise line partners.”
