Typically Holidays has taken on Jo Watts as a ‘brand ambassador’ for the south of the UK.
Jo has more than 30 years’ experience as a travel agent, including 10 years as a branch manager at Midlands Co-op Travel, then running her own travel business in Bournemouth for 20 years.
Managing Director Daniele Broccoli said: “Being trade only, we want to increase our presence with agents to make sure they have everything they need from us. Jo has years of experience in travel, she knows our product already and I like having people on the team who have worked as travel agents, as they understand the job retail staff do and what they need from us.”
Jo said: “I have unique empathy and insight into the daily challenges agents face. I’m very much looking forward to being on the road, supporting my colleagues and ensuring every booking meets the highest standards of client care.”
