Typically Holidays has produced a video highlighting reasons to book with an expert, which agents can use on their social media or shop screens.
Managing Director Daniele Broccoli got the idea to make the video when Heathrow shut down for the day last month, leaving agents and operators to leap into action to help customers who were stranded.
The video is unbranded, less than 20 seconds long and is available to agents at no charge.
Daniele said: “It takes something like the Heathrow closure to make people realise how hard agents work and how they are always looking after their customers. The video doesn’t mention Typically Holidays – we just produced it as an additional tool that our agent friends can use free of charge on their own social media or TV screens.”
It’s the second time Typically has created video content for agents to use. At the end of last year, the operator was inundated when it offered free video content in various formats for agents to use ahead of Peaks.
