Kuoni has taken on two former Classic Collection Travel Consultants to work in its Expert Hub call centre.
The operator said the appointments of Claire Williams and Rachel Stears, who between them have over 50 years’ experience of selling premium trips throughout Europe and creating multi-centre itineraries, are part of its plans to grow business through the trade.
Kuoni Head of Trade Partnerships Sarah Weetman said the new appointments will create an extra layer of expertise within Kuoni’s Expert Hub call centre and will give agents confidence that they’ll be able to directed someone who can help match the right holiday to their customers’ brief and help make the booking seamless.
