TUI UK is reintroducing flights from East Midlands Airport to Sharm El Sheikh for summer 2026.
The service will operate twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays, with the first flight scheduled for 26 March 2026. It will be the first time TUI has operated the route from East Midlands since summer 2023.
Commercial Director Chris Logan said the route had returned ‘due to strong customer demand’.
East Midlands Airport Managing Director Steve Griffiths said: “We’re delighted that TUI is resuming flights to Sharm El Sheikh which is growing in popularity. Customers can expect an effortless and enjoyable start to their trip to Egypt at East Midlands Airport.”
Packages include four nights all-inclusive at the four-star Rixos Sharm El Sheikh, from £1,237 per person in July 2026 and seven nights all-inclusive at the five-star TUI BLUE Sensatori Coral Sea from £1,349pp, in June 2026.
