TUI has put its summer 2028 programme on sale, with one million free kids’ places on offer across 16 destinations.
The free places cover the Balearics, Canaries, Greece, Cyprus, Croatia, Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia, Turkiye, Italy, Bulgaria, mainland Spain, Florida, Mexico, the Dominican Republic and Jamaica.
Free kids’ places to Mexico, the Dominican Republic and Jamaica must be booked by 16 November 2026, while the other 13 destinations are available until places run out.
The wider summer 2028 launch covers 70 destinations and 2,200 hotels.
It also includes TUI’s ‘largest’ wedding collection to date, spanning 21 destinations and more than 230 venues. New wedding destinations include Malta and Portugal, while Zanzibar will also feature as part of the line-up.
The operator’s summer 2028 programme comes after Jet2 put summer 2028 flights and holidays on sale early. Travel Gossip understands easyJet holidays will also launch earlier than usual.
Commercial Director Chris Logan said: “With one million free kids’ places available for summer 2028, families have a brilliant opportunity to get ahead and make their holiday budget go further. Selected breaks include a child’s flight, accommodation and transfers, helping customers save while still having plenty of choice.
“Booking early gives customers the widest choice of hotels, departure airports and travel dates, especially in the busy school holidays. With £0 deposits, it’s easier to spread the cost too. Anyone with their heart set on Mexico, the Dominican Republic or Jamaica should book by 16 November to secure a free kids’ place for summer 2028 holidays.
“With 70 destinations and 2,200 hotels on sale, there’s something for everyone, from a family adventure at a Holiday Village to a dream relaxing break at one of our Sensatoris. Now is the perfect time to start looking forward to making memories together in the sun.”
TUI also revealed its loyalty programme, Smiles Rewards Club, had reached 1 million members in less than six months following its launch in May.
