TUI has added three new summer routes and extra flights on existing services from Cardiff for 2026.
The airline will base a fourth aircraft at Cardiff airport to operate the new routes to Hurghada, Faro and Fuerteventura.
Flights to Hurghada will start on 2 May 2026, with services to Faro to launch a few weeks later on 21 May.
Flights to Fuerteventura will launch for the winter season on 20 December 2025 and continue next summer.
More capacity is being added to several other routes, including an extra weekly flight to Antalya, increasing the service to four flights per week.
Flights to Gran Canaria will increase from one to two per week and TUI’s Palma frequency will rise from five flights per week to six.
Enfidha in Tunisia will see an additional weekly flight, taking it to three flights a week. Tenerife will also get an additional flight, giving it four a week.
TUI UK&I Commercial Director Chris Logan said: “We’ve seen the demand for destinations such as Turkey, Tenerife and Mallorca grow year on year, so this increase in capacity allows customers to explore more options when booking their holiday.”
Head of Business Development at Cardiff Airport Lee Smith, added: “TUI’s latest expansion means there will be an additional 48,000 holidays available with TUI from Cardiff next summer, including new routes to Faro and Hurghada.
