The Travel Network Group (TTNG) has acquired homeworking business Just Travel Group.
The addition brings 30 homeworkers into TTNG’s network, with Just Travel’s owners Michelle Sinclair and Vanessa Knights joining TTNG’s homeworking head office team. They will report into Kai-Yin Knapp, Managing Director of TTNG’s Independent Travel Experts homeworking division.
TTNG did not disclose what it paid for Just Travel.
Michelle and Vanessa launched Just Travel in 2023 as part of Protected Trust Services. Before that, they were Operations Manager and Business Development Manager respectively at Luxury Holidays and Honeymoons, which stopped trading in late 2024.
TTNG CEO Gary Lewis said: “We are delighted to welcome Just Travel into The Travel Network Group.
“Michelle and Vanessa have built a strong and supportive model, and one that reflects the values we care deeply about: great customer relationships, quality support and helping businesses grow.
“This acquisition is a natural step for us as we continue to invest in our homeworking proposition – including the imminent rollout of our new Vision technology across the ITE network.
“This marks a real step forward in the tools and support available to our homeworkers, helping us build on the strength and reputation of Independent Travel Experts while creating even more opportunity for our community to grow and succeed.”
Michelle and Vanessa explained their move to TTNG: “What really stood out was the technology – it’s genuinely game-changing, incredibly impressive and clearly designed to make a real difference day to day.
“That strength is reinforced by the training, marketing support and infrastructure behind it, creating a really powerful overall proposition. Having seen this, we both came away genuinely excited about what it can bring to our homeworkers and how it can help them grow their own businesses.”
“The culture and that close-knit feel is everything to us, and that remains at the heart of what we do. This move is about strengthening what sits behind that – including the tools and systems that support our people – so we can keep growing with confidence and provide even more support going forward.”
Earlier this week, TTNG announced former Jet2holidays General Manager Lloyd Cross was joining as Chief Commercial Officer.
