Travelsphere introduces tiered savings for repeat travellers

Escorted tour operator Travelsphere has introduced a new tiered rewards structure as part of its ‘travelmore’ loyalty programme, offering savings of up to £150.

The updated scheme rewards guests with tiered discounts that increase based on the total number of days they have travelled with the brand, which can be issued to the travel agent who made the original booking.

Customers are now placed into four tiers. Those who have travelled between one and 20 days qualify for Traveller status and receive £100 per person off future bookings.

Explorer status applies to those with 21 to 49 days travelled, offering £125 per person off.

Discoverer status applies to 50 to 99 days with £150 per person off, while Globetrotter status is awarded to those with 100 or more days travelled, offering £150 per person off as well as flexible travel amendments.

Travel credits will be issued by email once travellers return home, either to customers or to the travel agent who made the original booking.

The programme has also been applied retrospectively to customers who have travelled with Travelsphere since the start of 2021.

To mark the launch, eligible customers have been issued a credit matching the value of their tier, which must be redeemed by the end of August.

Travelsphere Marketing Director Charlotte Field said: “We wanted to create a loyalty programme that genuinely rewards customers who choose Travelsphere time and time again, with benefits that grow alongside their travel experiences. That’s why the new and improved ‘travelmore’ is based on days travelled rather than points earned.

“It recognises what really matters: the time travellers spend exploring new destinations, creating unforgettable memories and discovering more of the world with us. And this is just the beginning, as we have exciting plans for ‘travelmore’ in the future, with new benefits, rewards and experiences designed to make every journey more rewarding.”
