Travelpack has bought cruise and tours specialist Infinity Media Promotions from the administrators.
It has acquired all Infinity’s business and assets and, as a condition of the sale, will take over all existing bookings, with the same terms and conditions.
Infinity Media, launched over 20-years ago, traded under the names Infinity Cruises, Infinity Sports and Infinity Tours.
It went into administration on 19 June and the Civil Aviation Authority announced today that the London-based company had ceased trading as an ATOL holder on 5 July.
It was bought by Travelpack from the administrators Guy Hollander and Adam Harris at Forvis Mazars on 1 July.
Infinity, which had a sole director – Manan Shah – at the time it ceased trading, had been licensed to carry about 1,500 passengers a year on a mixture of tours to Latin America; trips to international sporting events including the Grand Prix, football, cricket and golf tournaments; and cruises. It was a member of ABTA.
