Travel Solutions Network (TSN) will provide both consumer and trade support contact centres for Capital Holidays, which operates Etihad Holidays in the UK.
TSN, which launched three years ago, said the contract strengthened its position ‘as a leading provider’ in the outsourced call centre market.
Eithad Holidays General Manager Ranj Kundi said: “Expanding operations in international source markets can be highly challenging, and partnering with TSN has given us the level of service we require with instant access to high-quality, experienced support for both direct customers and travel agent partners.
“This will allow us to give the trade support that exceeds that of our main rivals and secures the loyalty of homeworkers and travel agency staff alike for our rapidly expanding tour operation.”
