Outsourced contact centre services provider Travel Solutions Network (TSN) has taken on three new directors.
Jemma Morgan, David Eastwood and Catherine McNicholas all previously worked with TSN’s founders Garry and Lindsey Winterburn at Contemporary Travel Solutions (CTS) which was sold in 2018 for an undisclosed sum and which was dissolved in April.
CEO Garry Winterburn said: “We have seen huge growth with TSN since our launch just under three years ago and we know we can do even more.
“Jemma, David and Cath’s appointments to TSN will allow us to strengthen our proposition to current and future clients that will deliver an even better service to our customers.
“We worked with them for many years at CTS and we are delighted to bring the old team together again.
“They truly understand our business proposition and values so we are confident of the significant value they will add to TSN. We have already seen the return of a number of our CTS colleagues from senior managers to sales agents, which is very humbling.”
