Travel Counsellors is planning to take 27 of its agents on three fam trips to Sri Lanka.
The programme, which is launching in October, includes a trip for first-time visitors to Sri Lanka, one for agents who want to learn more about its cultural and historic attractions and an ‘off the beaten track’ tour for those who’ve visited multiple times.
Travel Counsellors Senior Destination Manager Natalie Aspinall said: “We believe that firsthand experience is invaluable for our Travel Counsellors.
“These product trips will give them the chance to live the destinations they sell – discovering the culture, stories, and unique experiences that make every trip unforgettable and unique.
“It’s this deep connection and knowledge that enables them to offer genuinely tailored recommendations for their customers. We’re excited to be partnering with Columbus Tours and SriLankan Airlines to bring these product trips to life for the very first time.”
Travel Counsellors is planning to offer more trips to different destinations next year.
