Top Villas has appointed Rachel Bramley as Trade Relations Manager to help support UK travel agents.
Rachel has been with Top Villas for over four years, with her previous roles including Guest Relations Supervisor and Guest Relations Specialist.
In her new role as Trade Relations Manager, Rachel will lead a team to support travel trade partners across both sides of the Atlantic. Rachel’s team will be a point of contact for agents, including answering questions about villas and concierge services and addressing any issues.
“This is an incredibly exciting time for Top Villas. Our goal is to offer the kind of hands-on, responsive support that travel agents and tour operators really value, not just during booking, but at every stage of the customer journey,” said Rachel.
“I’m proud to be leading a transatlantic trade relations team that truly understands what partnership means and how we can add value to every trade relationship.”
Top Villas General Manager Ed Frampton Fell added: “This is a big step forward for Top Villas. We’ve built our reputation on delivering exceptional villa experiences in the US and Caribbean, and we knew that if we were going to expand into the UK travel trade, it had to be done properly.”
