Titan Travel has appointed Rebecca Griffiths as Business Development Manager, Central.
Rebecca joined the escorted tours specialist earlier this month from Hays Travel, where she was promoted from Travel Consultant to Branch Manager of the Northwich store in Cheshire during her five years at the company.
She replaces Tricia Doe, who has been promoted to Sales Manager, Field Sales & Business Development. Rebecca will report to Tricia.
She will be responsible for developing relationships with travel agent partners across the central region, driving sales and increasing product knowledge and brand awareness.
Rebecca will also provide agent training and support, working with partners to identify sales opportunities and grow their touring holiday business.
Prior to Hays Travel, Rebecca held customer service roles at Sykes Cottages and in supermarket retail.
Rebecca said: “I am excited to join a team with such an excellent reputation, and am looking forward to working with our agent partners to continue to grow Titan Travel’s share of the market.
“The trade is vital to our ambitions, and I can’t wait to use what I’ve learnt in my career so far to ensure we remain their first choice for touring.”
