Spain, Italy and Turkey were the most popular countries visited during July. Mallorca, Dublin and Edinburgh were the busiest individual destinations.
Manchester Airport surpassed 60,000 passengers for the first time on 25 July, and just under 3.3m passengers used the airport last month, making it its busiest July on record and its second busiest month ever.
