Turkish airline Mavi Gok (MGA) will launch a weekly flight to Antalya in Turkey from Teesside on 1 July 2026.
The service will operate every Wednesday till 28 October.
Teesside International Airport Managing Director Phil Forster said: “This is brilliant news for local people who want more choice, more sunshine and more convenience when they fly.
“Antalya is a fantastic destination for families, couples and adventure-seekers, and we’re thrilled MGA Airlines has chosen Teesside as their only UK base outside of London.
“With year-round Malaga now in place, Alicante expanding, and passenger numbers at their highest in more than 10 years, we’re continuing to make flying from Teesside easier and better than ever.”
