London-based Hajj travel specialist Ahmed Tours & Travels Ltd is no longer trading as an ATOL holder.
The Civil Aviation Authority said: “Ahmed Tours & Travels Ltd – ATOL 9775 has been classified as a Failed ATOL holder on 4 April 2025.
“The company held an ATOL up until 31 March 2025.”
The CAA added the company traded under the name Ahmed Tours and websites www.ahmedtours.com and www.ahmed-travel.com. The websites are no longer active.
The company is understood to have been a Saudi Hajj Ministry approved agent for Hajj and Umrah tours and had been in business since 1984.
The CAA added it is currently collating information about Ahmed Tours and will provide an update as soon as possible.
