Solmar Villas has boosted its portfolio for 2025 with the addition of 500 new properties, bringing the total number to 2,500.
A large proportion of the new properties for this year are in the Greek Islands. Skopelos is a new destination for 2025 with arrivals available from May, and new properties have also been added in Kefalonia, Lefkas and Zakynthos.
Other key locations with new villas for 2025 are Gozo, Majorca, the Amalfi Coast, Lanzarote, Croatia, Cyprus, Costa Blanca, the Algarve, and Dalaman.
CEO Julie Blake said: “We are thrilled to be expanding our collection so significantly for 2025, offering our biggest ever choice of good value self-catering holidays across the Mediterranean and beyond. Greece and the Greek Islands continue to be a firm favourite with our guests so it’s exciting to be increasing our range there and expanding into new islands such as Skopelos.
“With a new brand campaign on TV – our biggest yet – and our first ever agent fam trip incentive underway, January is set to be a strong month. Early signs are great, with trade sales up 35% year on year and our incentive proving very popular.
“It’s wonderful to see so many of our partners eager to experience the Solmar Villas product.”
Prices for seven nights in a new for 2025 villa start from £536 for a two-bedroom property such as Dreamview Villa in Crete (pictured).
