Six Hays Travel colleagues have each won £3,000 towards their household bills in the first Big Hays Travel Thank You giveaway of 2026.
The giveaway runs from September to November, with six prizes on offer each month to colleagues across the Hays Travel group, including its brands, in-house tour operator Vista and homeworking division.
September’s winners are Vista Cruise Specialist Rachael Adrian, Head Office System Accountant Micky Lynn, Hays Travel Hillsborough Consultant Molly Lambert, Hays Travel Hull Assistant Manager Emillie Maidment, Hays Travel Haywards Heath Branch Manager Jane Jee and Hays Travel Skelmersdale Consultant Sarah Lowe.
The Big Hays Travel Festive Thank You will then return in December, with daily giveaways across the group from 9 to 24 December.
Hays Travel Owner and Director Dame Irene Hays said: “The Big Hays Travel Thank You was introduced to reward colleagues for all their hard work. I love announcing the lucky winners and recognising them for their contributions to the business.”
The winners said they were shocked and delighted to receive the cash.
Rachael said: “I’m absolutely thrilled to have won, and I honestly can’t believe it. I can’t remember the last time I won anything! It was such a lovely surprise, and I’d just like to say a huge thank you. I feel very lucky and grateful.”
Micky added: “I was shocked to hear my name come out in the Big Hays Travel Thank You! It is a great prize to win, and I will be putting the first few months towards Christmas. Thank you so much!”
Sarah said: “I am so overwhelmed that I have won. I never win anything, so this is a bit of shock. This amount will help so much with my monthly bills. Thank you so much. I really am very grateful!”
