Sharon Bradbury has been named as the new Managing Director of Solmar Villas.
She has been at Solmar since 2023 and was Sales and Marketing Director before being appointed General Manager in July 2025.
She started her commercial career in travel with Crystal Ski, then worked in the wider TUI operation before joining Hidden Croatia.
She will report to DERTOUR UK joint CEO Francis Torrilla.
Francis said: “Sharon has an outstanding track record in the travel industry, and I’m delighted that we are able to grow our leadership team from talent within the business, she’s done a brilliant job over the past year as General Manager, and she’s the right person to take the business forward.”
