Ryanair will launch flights to Malta from Glasgow and to Krakow from Aberdeen next summer.
Launching on 1 April, the twice-weekly service between Glasgow and Malta will operate on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
It will be Ryanair’s seventh route from Glasgow, from where it already flies to Alicante, Brussels, Dublin, Krakow, Malaga and Wroclaw.
Ryanair expects to carry 20,000 passengers on the route next summer.
The airline’s new direct flight between Aberdeen and Krakow will be its fourth service from the northeast’s largest airport.
Beginning on 2 April, the twice-weekly flights will operate on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
In addition to the new Krakow route, Ryanair is increasing its frequency on flights to Faro from two to three times per week next summer.
The additional flights mean that Ryanair’s overall operations from Aberdeen will grow 43% compared to summer 2024.
