Scenic Group has revealed details and itineraries for its third yacht, Scenic Ikon, which will join the fleet in 2028.
The 270-passenger ship will have 135 cabins and will be purpose-built so it can sail in the polar regions as well as warm water destinations.
The ship is scheduled to be delivered at the end of 2027 and will sail its inaugural season from Venice in April 2028.
Scenic Ikon’s first season will include 110 ports, 21 countries and 26 new destinations. It will sail around the Mediterranean, the Aegean, Egypt, Cape Verde, Antarctica, the Falkland Islands and Chilean Fjords.
Scenic Ikon will feature 15 dining venues, lounges and relaxation spaces, as well as a two-level spa with hydrotherapy and thermal experiences.
The yacht will also house a custom-built submersible, Scenic Neptune III, plus two helicopters, a fleet of Zodiacs and superyacht tenders.
