North America Travel Service has named Yvonne Spencer as the replacement for Managing Director Ruby Briggs, who has retired after more than 48 years in the role.
Ruby (pictured, left) announced on LinkedIn at the beginning of the year that she has stepped down from the operator.
Yvonne (pictured, right) replaces Ruby, moving from Director of Leisure Sales, a position she has held for nearly 36 years.
Yvonne said: “As many of you know, Ruby Briggs, our Managing Director has recently retired, and I’m honoured to share that I will be stepping into the role of overseeing North America Travel Service.
“Ruby’s legacy of leadership, dedication, and exceptional service has set a high standard, and I’m excited to continue building on that foundation with our talented team.
“Thank you to Ruby for her contributions, and to all of the team for their continued support as we embark on this new chapter.”
