Riviera Travel will hold its inaugural The Riv Awards on 10 April 2025.
The award will recognise its travel trade partners for their contribution and sales of both its river cruise and touring holidays.
The inaugural event will consist of an awards ceremony and lunch in London, hosted by TV presenter and journalist Dean Wilson.
Head of Trade and Partnerships UK and Ireland Vicky Billing said: “We have been thinking about this for a while and, after a record-breaking year, it feels like the right time and a perfect opportunity to say ‘thank you’ to our partners for everyone’s hard work.”
Winners will be chosen based on sales report data and engagement with the brand as reviewed by Riviera Travel’s executive team.
Awards categories include best store in each of 10 regions, top homeworker, top online travel agent and top retailer, plus top overall engagement and best marketing account. It will also name a Riviera Ambassador at the event next month.
