Not Just Travel has recruited Richard Lowrey-Heywood as Business Development Manager.
Richard joins the homeworking company from Seaside Travel, where he spent two and a half years as Brand Manager.
Prior to Seaside Travel he worked as a Contact Centre Agent for Jet2.com and Jet2Holidays and as a Retail Manager for Thomas Cook.
Richard said he wasn’t looking to move until he saw the job advert with NJT. His departure led Seaside Travel to create a senior management team last month, including the promotion of five of its branch managers.
Richard has already undertaken the induction training new NJT homeworkers complete, to help him understand their role.
He said: “It was a dream come true. The job is incredibly exciting; to be able to help people who have taken the leap of faith and start businesses in travel makes my heart swell. We work in the best industry in the world and I’m excited to help consultants develop their businesses.
“My priorities are to be there whenever my consultants need me and share the knowledge I have earned. I love social media and have built successful businesses off the back of promoting authentic content that is true to you and your values.”
