Not Just Travel is providing all 650 of its agents with free access to the TProfile Quotation Tool, which it says will boost efficiency, engagement and conversion rates.
The TProfile tool allows agents to create ‘visually stunning, media-rich, multi-centre itineraries in seconds, with high-quality images, videos, and dynamic templates’, which can be shared via WhatsApp, email, or text, enabling clients to instantly book or request adjustments to their travel packages with a click.
Not Just Travel has been trialling the tool among some members, who reported an increase in client engagement and booking rates, while saving agents time.
Before adopting the TProfile Tool, consultants were spending valuable time manually designing intricate quotes using platforms such as Canva, often requiring extensive revisions.
The rollout, which is a £2.1 million investment by Not Just Travel, was announced at the company’s 2025 Annual Conference, held at Grand Station, Wolverhampton on 4 and 5 January.
Not Just Travel co-founder Steve Witt said: “The room went wild when we announced the news to our consultants and it created a real buzz throughout our network.
“If purchased independently, the quotation tool would cost consultants around £1,000 a year. By offering it for free to over 650 consultants, we’re further demonstrating our commitment to empowering them to work smarter, not harder, and ultimately increase their profitability.
“The impact has been immediate and substantial, so our significant investment in extending free access to the tool makes commercial sense.
“This is a long-term partnership with TProfile, and we’re proud to be one of their largest clients, with plans to become their biggest.”
