Norse Atlantic will offer more weekly flights on its route between London Gatwick and Cape Town next winter, which will operate for two months longer than last year.
The service will operate for eight months, from 2 October 2025 until 31 May 2026, with up to six flights a week, up from a maximum of four last winter.
Norse will offer five flights a week in October 2025 and May 2026, six a week in November, four a week from December to March, and three flights a week next April.
“Following the success of our inaugural season we see great opportunity in the South African market,” said Norse Chief Commercial Officer Bård Nordhagen.
“By expanding the services we operate we wish to show to the trade and consumer markets we are committed to the route and are here to stay.”
The flights will be operated by Boeing 787s, with both economy and premium cabins.
