Audley Travel’s Nick Longman (pictured left) has announced he will step down as CEO after seven and a half years, moving to a Senior Advisor role.
He is being replaced by Richard Hodgson (pictured right), who will join the business on 23 March.
Richard has more than 30 years’ experience in the grocery, hospitality, manufacturing, retail, restaurant and franchising sectors, including Pizza Express, Waitrose and Asda.
Most recently, he was Group CEO of Wonderfield, which he is credited with transforming into a global, multichannel, fresh food business, including brands such as YO! Sushi.
A key milestone under his guidance was the successful sale of Wonderfield to Japanese PLC Zensho in 2023.
Audley Chairman Richard Prosser said: “I’d like to thank Nick for his hard work and dedication during his time as CEO.
“He leaves the business in extremely good shape and with 2025 being our most successful and profitable year to date.
“I’m grateful that Nick has agreed to stay on as a Senior Advisor, as with nearly 30 years of experience in travel he can continue to add real value to the business.
“It is now the right time to pass the reins to a new CEO to take Audley Travel on the next stage of its growth journey, and Richard has the ideal experience with an exceptional track record of building high performing teams, driving growth and nurturing a culture built on creativity, ambition and care for people. I’m delighted to welcome him to Audley Travel.”
