Newmarket Holidays has expanded its trade team with the appointment of two new account managers and the addition of two new roles.
Emma Hilton (pictured left) joins as Account Manager covering the North West, North Wales and the Isle of Man, while Mikaela Mills (right) takes on the role of Account Manager for the South East.
Both will report to Head of Trade Sales & Partnerships Hayley Morris.
Ryan Readman moves from his role as Account Manager for the North West into a newly created position focused on trade partnerships for home-based businesses, while Sarah Rowbotham has moved from Account Manager to the new role of Trade Engagement Manager.
Newmarket said Sarah will focus on driving broader trade engagement initiatives, building on her experience managing agent relationships.
Emma brings more than 24 years of travel industry experience, including 11 years in account management.
She has held senior roles at Star Clippers, Olympic Holidays, Belleair Holidays and SETnet Global.
Mikaela joins with more than a decade of experience across customer service, sales and administration roles within the travel sector.
She has previously managed UK agency accounts at Exodus Adventure Travels and held roles at Contiki Holidays and Thomas Cook Holidays.
This latest expansion brings Newmarket’s trade team to 12.
