New homeworking group Travel Network Solutions has agreed a deal to answer calls on behalf of Trending Travel.
So far, TSN has recruited 20 homeworkers who will provide an over-spill calls service to clients like Trending Travel while also building their own travel agency businesses.
It aims to be fully operational by 1 May and is looking to recruit 80 more homeworkers by the end of next month.
