Solmar Villas has promoted Sharon Bradbury to head up the business, following the death of Managing Director Julie Blake in April.
Sharon, who has been Sales and Marketing Director since she joined Solmar in March 2023, becomes General Manager, reporting to DERTOUR UK CEO Francis Torrilla.
Frances said: “Today we’ve shared news with our team that Sharon will step into the role of General Manager and take the business forward, with plans for ambitious growth whilst retaining the values of fun, quality and care.
“I am confident that Sharon will provide the right leadership in what is a new era for Solmar, respecting all the values the company believes in but at the same time taking the business forward with ambitious drive.
“Sharon has an outstanding track record in the travel industry and I’m delighted that we are able to grow our leadership team from talent within the business.”
Sharon, who has also worked at Crystal Ski and Hidden Croatia, said: “I’m honoured to step into this new role.
