Norwegian Cruise Line will no longer honour onboard drinks packages at its private resort Great Stirrup Cay in the Bahamas, from 1 March 2026.
According to reports, guests will be able to purchase a separate beverage package for the island from 1 January, although details and prices are yet to be confirmed.
Complimentary drinks including water, iced tea and selected juices will still be available to guests.
Cruise Radio reports NCL has communicated the change to travel agents in an email, which said: “We will offer our guests the ability to purchase a new beverage package crafted exclusively for Great Stirrup Cay. Further details… will be shared in the future.”
NCL is currently investing in upgrades to Great Stirrup Cay, including opening a six-acre waterpark, Great Tides Waterpark, next summer.
