Not In The Guidebooks has strengthened its trade support with the creation of three new positions, including the appointment of former Classic Collection Trade Marketing and Engagement Manager Manisha Blair to the role of Trade Marketing Manager.
There are also two new Business Development Executive roles, which will support Business Development Manager Vicky Edwards. These posts will be filled by Vicky Lawrence, who moves across from the reservations team, and Lorraine Adams, who was previously Business Development Manager at Sandals Resorts.
“Creating these new roles allows us to increase our support for agents and build even stronger relationships across our partners. With Vicky’s internal knowledge and Lorraine’s trade experience, we’re well positioned to drive further growth together,” said Vicky Edwards.
Manisha, who has also previously worked at AmaWaterways and The Travel Network Group, will lead the development and delivery of the trade marketing strategy, partner engagement and campaign activity across key distribution channels.
Sales Director Debbie Sowden said: “With 2026 set to be our biggest year yet, investing in the trade remains a clear priority.
“Manisha brings strong experience and a real understanding of how to engage and support agent partners. Strengthening our team ensures we continue to grow alongside the trade and give agents the tools and confidence to sell our private, immersive holidays.”
Manisha said: “I’m excited to be joining Not In The Guidebooks at such a key stage of growth. There’s a clear commitment to the trade and I’m looking forward to building on that momentum and evolving the marketing strategy to support agent partners.”
