A Bedford-based agency founded 33 years ago has joined Advantage Managed Services as its co-owners looks to take a step back from the business.
Eagle Travel was previously a standard Advantage member, but the agency said AMS would ‘better support’ its strategic goals going forward.
Co-owners Sue Alexander (right) and Carole Forth are entering semi-retirement and handing leadership of the business over to Sales Director Charlotte McGennity (left), who joined Eagle Travel nine years ago.
Sue, who is Managing Director, said: “Joining Advantage Managed Services (AMS) has allowed us to enhance operational efficiency and future-proof our business.”
As an AMS member, Eagle Travel will gain access to its back-office V-Suite, and receive full support from a dedicated AMS finance team to manage all their supplier payments,
“We look forward to this new chapter, continuing to provide our clients with the highest level of service while leveraging the advantages of AMS to drive growth and efficiency,” added Sue.
Advantage Chief Commercial Officer Kelly Cookes said: “We look forward to working closely with Eagle Travel during this exciting new chapter and wish Charlotte every success in her new role.”
