The CAA said: “Regal Routes Limited (Previously known as 360 Travel Group Limited) – ATOL 12046 has been classified as a failed ATOL holder on 1 December 2025.
“The company held an ATOL up until 30 September 2025. Bookings and payments made after 30 October 2025 are not ATOL protected.”
Regal Routes traded in Docklands under the names 360 Travel Group Limited, U Select Flights, Viaje Latino, Pinoy Byahe, Adored Holidays and websites byahepinoy.com, adoredholidays.com and 360travelgroup.co.uk.
Companies House files show the firm operated as 360 Travel Group between April 2010 and 20 November 2025, when it changed its name to Regal Routes and moved its registered office to Swadlincote and the director and person with significant control changed.
The CAA added: “We are currently collating information from the company and will update this page as soon as possible.
“Whilst waiting for further information, please do not submit a claim as these will be rejected.”
