Jet2holidays’ former General Manager Lloyd Cross is to become European Agency Sales Director at Gulf Air Holidays ahead of its launch to the UK travel trade.
In a LinkedIn post, Lloyd said: “I’m very excited to share that I’ll be joining Gulf Air Holidays as Europe Agency Sales Director in the coming weeks, which we’ll be launching to the Trade in no time. I can’t wait to share more soon!”
He will be working with Gulf Air Holidays Vice President Souchill Rogbeer, who announced five months ago that he was hiring.
Lloyd announced on the social media platform in August that he was leaving Jet2holidays ‘after 13 fantastic years’.
He added: “It’s certainly been a journey and the growth has been phenomenal! I have had the pleasure of working with so many brilliant people both internally and with our partners, learning from them along the way. Thanks to everyone who has helped make it such a great experience!”
