Inspire Europe has promoted Managing Director Lisa Henning to Chief Executive Officer, while Finance Director Richard Buxton has become Chief Financial Officer.
The promotions are part of a restructure that has seen Chairman Peter Main, Group CEO Peter Pantelides and Business Development Director Benni Aherns step down from their operational roles at Inspire Europe and resign from the Board to focus on developing Inspire GBR, which specialises in sales promotion and incentives in the travel, leisure and lifestyle sectors.
The restructure follows a strategic review that determined both businesses would benefit from operating individually, while maintaining shared strategic resources.
Lisa said: “During recent months the Board has been evaluating its overall business strategy to determine the optimal path forward for each of our core businesses. We concluded that running the businesses independently, while maintaining certain shared strategic resources, would best serve each entity’s future, ensuring continued growth and long-term sustainability.
“This transition marks an exciting new chapter for Inspire Europe. With Richard and I taking on our new roles, we will now look to accelerate further growth and innovation across our retail travel, loyalty solutions and international Travel Gift Card divisions.
