Leah Marshall has celebrated 30 years with Unique Vacations UK (UVUK), the representative for Sandals and Beaches Resorts.
Leah joined the company in 1995 as a Sales Manager and is now Director of Sales, overseeing a team of five Business Development Managers as well as UVUK’s in-house agency sales division.
She played a key role in launching Unique Caribbean Holidays Ltd (UCHL) in 2017, the UK in-house tour operator for Sandals and Beaches.
UVUK and UCHL Managing Director Karl Thompson said: “Leah has shown incredible leadership, keeping Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts top of mind across the UK travel trade. She’s built strong commercial relationships and secured major retail partnerships, driving growth. Her passion and professionalism make her an invaluable leader.”

“We have a fantastic team, and I’m lucky to count many people across the industry as friends. Selling holidays to the dream Caribbean destinations Sandals and Beaches operate in is a real passion – and I’m looking forward to many more years in the business.”
