Australian experiential travel group Journey Beyond has appointed Nikki Metcalfe as new Business Development Executive for UK and Europe.
She joins Business Development Manager Richard Howarth in the expanded UK trade team.
Nikki has been in the travel industry for 25 years, including 21 years at Flight Centre Travel Group.
Her most recent role was Flight Centre Product Trainer and Destination Specialist Leader.
Journey Beyond has 20 brands ranging from iconic rail adventures and outback tours to luxury eco-stays. 2026 marks its entry into the New Zealand market with the recent acquisition of Grand Pacific Tours.
