Jet2holidays has moved its 2025 VIP Travel Agent Conference to early 2026 after consulting with agents and industry partners.
The conference usually takes place towards the end of the year and this year’s event had been scheduled for 1-4 December. The operator said retiming it would free up resources and time during the busy end-of-year period, as well as capitalise on momentum in the lead up to summer.
The new date is yet to be announced.
In a message to agents, Director of Travel Agent Relationships Alan Cross said: “Having spoken to so many partners, rescheduling our conference reflects what we believe is a better fit for you and for the industry as a whole.
“It gives everyone more breathing room to plan effectively, ensuring the event is as valuable and relevant as possible for you, your teams, and your business.
“We’re confident this will help us deliver, as usual, an experience that’s truly worth the wait.
“It also acts as another springboard in the build up to summer to get together, have meaningful discussions, and head into the peak summer season charged up and ready to grow our businesses together.”
Jet2holidays will hold its first ever Non-Retail Summit for non-retail and home-based workers on 11 September.
