Jet2 warns of possible delays due to French strike action

Jet2 has issued a warning to customers that strike action in France today (Tuesday) may cause delays.

The civil servant strike action, which includes some air traffic control staff could impact flights to French airports and through French airspace.

Jet2 warned: “We just want to let you know that strike action, supported by French Air Traffic Control on 13th May 2025, may cause flight delays to French airports or through French airspace.”

French news site, The Connexion reported flights to and from Pau Airport in the south west of France had been cancelled and disruptions were also expected at aiports including Paris Orly and Marseille.

As of 9am this morning, there were no delays to departures or arrivals at Paris Orly or Marseille.
